Synthesis of crystalline long-ranged ordered materials from preformed amorphous solids

摘要: Composites of a crystalline or long-ranged ordered material (CLROM), for example zeolites and non-zeolitic molecular sieves, are disclosed. The composites have both macroscopic particle size (e.g., an average greater than 0.1 mm), as desired in commercial applications, well improved functionality. Such result from the conversion conventional amorphous material, solid silica alumina this size, into CLROM. According to particular embodiments, all substantially at least 99%) is converted CLROM, such that essentially entire may functionality CLROM catalyst adsorbent.
