摘要: Allelopathic performance of in vitro fresh green shoot, green, and brown shoot extracts including dry powders Artemisia judaica was evaluated through bioassay-guided studies using lettuce under laboratory conditions. The caused strong germination growth inhibition the seed tested. crude A. also produced a inhibition. magnitude experiments with higher than that extracts. incubated together shoots showed stimulated, while delayed. results show there are different allelochemicals present exudates volatiles judaica. assay conditions dose-dependent free radical scavenging effect DPHH reduction chlorophyll content from leaves. antioxidant potential total leaf declined all extract treatments. These clearly indicate contains some biologically active involved plant regulation.
