摘要: Abstract A case of secondary infection Crohn's disease by Actinomyces is reported. Clinically, and actinomycosis may be difficult to differentiate. The distinguishing histopathological features include multiloculated abscesses, sulfur granules, typical organisms seen with Gram stain, rarely, necrotizing granulomata. As cured surgery and/or antibiotics, a careful search for including anaerobic culture recommended in abscess formation.
