摘要: When considering the young driver accident problem and possible countermeasures, two main possibilities have been presented; either lies in undeveloped skills of these youthful drivers, or their higher propensity to take risks on road, both. The critical question seems be what safety-related changes occur during first 50,000 km driving--and we could do speed up this development.
