摘要: In this work, we have optimized random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) for the use of human in altering concentration reaction components and steps thermal profile polymerase chain reaction. By using two primers every 2.5 U Taq polymerase, found that concentrations between 50 500 ng gave reproducible banding patterns. The tested was extracted seven different ways giving same amplification results six them. We also observed reactions consisting 35 cycles sufficient product yields. A slow heating/ramping from annealing to extension temperature increased number bands enhanced reproducibility. conclude RAPD is a robust and, under mentioned conditions, method could prove very useful scientists physicians.
