Interpretation of ADEPT Logs in the Presence of Mudcakes

摘要: Results of a theorical investigation mudcake effects on the high-frequency, dielectric, adaptable electromagnetic propagation tool (ADEPT). Correction charts, constructed by computer modeling effect response, give true formation travel times and attenuations. Mudcake ADEPT interpretation are illustrated with data from shaly sand well.
