摘要: To utilize visible light more efficiently in photocatalytic reactions, carbon-doped TiO2 (C−TiO2), nitrogen-doped (N−TiO2), and carbon nitrogen co-doped (C−N−TiO2) nanoparticles with different contents were prepared by a sol−gel method characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV−vis spectroscopy. XRD results showed that the doping of C N atoms could suppress crystal growth TiO2, effect was pronounced than doping. XPS, spectroscopy, lattice parameter analysis revealed incorporate into anatase through substituting sites oxygen atoms, while most form mixed layer deposited active complex carbonate species at surface nanoparticles.
