摘要: Summary The purpose of the present study was to compare two experimental calcium phosphate-based sealers with AH Plus, Sealapex, Ketac-Endo and Hermetic regard coronal seal. Two standardized artifi cial canals were prepared in each 120 blocks bovine root dentin. divided into six groups. All 40 group fi lled gutta-percha either Hermetic, Ketac-Endo, Sealapex or different sealers. One canal one block sealer using lateral condensation, whilst other obturated Thermafi l. roots immersed black ink thereafter cleared. Maximum linear dye penetration measured coronally. Statistical analysis performed by means Kruskal-Wallis test for global null hypothesis closed procedure pairwise comparisons. With I comparable Plus but showed signifi cantly higher depths than Sealapex. Using l, more leakage found both techniques, II did not differ from Due low study, further evaluations such as bacterial fl uid ltration should follow.
