摘要: The determination of the surface fluxes momentum, heat, and mass on temporal spatial scales is direct importance to two major fields geophysics: air-sea interaction remote sensing. Although fluxes, in a sense, represent common link between these growing fields, disciplines air/sea sensing have, most part, evolved independently. Only recently, with promise continuous operational satellite retrievals directly measured data, have begun merge. Research programs are now being conducted intent describing geophysical variables data addition understanding physics ocean scattering, processes involved exchange rates, statistical character wave state. outcome such joint research efforts intended provide higher quality monitoring forecasting marine environment through techniques.
