摘要: A multi-segment kinematic model of the foot was developed for use in a gait analysis laboratory. The divided into hindfoot, talus, midfoot and medial lateral forefoot segments. Six functional joints were defined: ankle subtalar joints, frontal transverse plane motions hindfoot relative to midfoot, supination/pronation twist longitudinal arch height-to-length ratio. Twelve asymptomatic subjects tested during barefoot walking with six-camera optical stereometric system auto-reflective markers organized triads. Repeatability joint using coefficients multiple correlation. Ankle twisting most repeatable. Hindfoot least repeatable both within-subjects between-subjects. pronation found coincide dropping between early mid-stance, followed by supination rising late stance swing phase. This addresses an unfortunate shortcoming current practice-the inability measure motion within foot. Such measurements are crucial if is remain relevant orthopaedic rehabilitative treatment ankle.
