摘要: Unfairness of the Internet has galvanized numerous studies toward fair allocation bandwidth. Study TCP-Vegas is one them. TCP-Vegas, although not perfect, at least enables bandwidth independent propagation delay, which radically different behavior from that current Internet. In Internet, a long-delay connection usually receives less throughput than short-delay connections. Until now, two necessary conditions have been identified to make achieve bandwidth: correct estimation delay and finer control window by adopting single threshold rather two.In this paper, we propose three more fixes allocation. First, provide fix for packet size independence. Second, regarding reference value in control. Third, reducing both oscillation convergence delay. We argue ours those previous researchers constitute sufficient condition
