摘要: Titania nanotube arrays (TNAs) as one of the hottest metal oxide nanomaterials has a unique one-dimensional highly ordered array structure, good mechanical and chemical stability, well excellent anticorrosion, biocompatible, photocatalytic performance. It been controllably synthesized by simple electrochemical anodic oxidation in electrolytes containing small amounts fluoric ions. In combination with our last research work, this chapter, we review recent advances new achievements TNAs on preparation techniques, formation mechanism, modification. addition, will potential significant applications pollutant degradation, solar cells, hydrogen generation, biomedical implant, wetting template, other aspects. Finally, existing problems further prospects renascent rapidly developing field are also briefly addressed discussed.
