摘要: Introduction Underinsurance is a barrier to vaccination among children. Information on adults aged ≥18 years by insurance status limited. This study assesses coverage in the U.S. 2012 health and access care characteristics. Methods The National Health Interview Survey data were analyzed 2014 estimate for seven routinely recommended vaccines. Results Influenza without or with was 14.4% versus 44.3%, respectively; pneumococcal 18–64 high-risk conditions 9.8% 23.0%; tetanus diphtheria toxoid (Td) (age years) 53.2% 64.5%; tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis (Tdap) 8.4% 15.7%; hepatitis A (HepA) 18–49 16.6% 19.8%; B (HepB) 27.5% 38.0%; shingles ≥60 6.1% 20.8%; human papillomavirus (HPV) (women 18–26 20.9% 39.8%. In addition, differed type, whether respondents had regular physician, number of physician contacts. Conclusions Overall, lower uninsured populations. Implementation effective strategies needed help improve years, especially those insurance.
