摘要: Abstract Lithium chromium nickel oxide (Li 0.30 Cr 0.10 Ni 0.60 O, LCNO) materials were prepared by sol-gel process and calcined at the temperature of 1000 °C for 3 h. Mechanical mixing hot pressing fabricated composites between LCNO polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). Effects amount filler on structure dielectric properties LCNO/PVDF investigated. The characterized thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. Furthermore, also From TGA results, decomposition step depends content weight loss decrease with increasing contents due to presence in PVDF. All exhibited two-phase structures cubic rock-salt NiO α-, γ- phases It is revealed that constant polymer composite increases content. This might be formation micro-capacitor network. 30 wt% showed best a high 59.27 low tangent 0.31 frequency 1 kHz room temperature. gave constant, which was 2.82 times higher than pure Therefore, flexible weakly dependent, suitable capacitor applications.
