Effect of Secondary Annealing Process on Critical Current Density in Highly Textured Bi-2212 Superconducting System

摘要: Bi-2212 samples prepared by a solid-state reaction technique have been grown from the melt using laser floating zone method. After annealing as-grown bars, showed good grain alignment and high transport critical current density. Secondary processes were performed on annealed with aim of producing phase controlled decomposition. Hence, Bi-2201 secondary phases, which act as effective pinning centers, obtained process. these thermal treatments, densities significantly increased, when compared to ones. The maximum density was achieved subjected at 680°C for 168 h an improvement ~80%, Moreover, it found that magnetization secondarily also increased. magnetic in about 3 times higher than values These results clearly indicate lead formation centers bulk material.
