摘要: The precursors of Euplotes raikovi pheromones Er-2 and Er-10 have been structurally characterized from the sequences their coding regions that were amplified cloned using polymerase chain reaction oligonucleotide primers corresponding to conserved gene for phermone Er-1. predicted amino acid contain 75 residues distributed through three domains: signal peptide, pro segment mature pheromone. Despite conservation overall length, there is variation in size segments pheromones. comparison shows a gradient identity carboxyl terminus; are identical (with > 95% nucleotide sequences), more variable quite diverse. processing site pheromones, produce forms, apparently by unusual Xaa-Asp sequence.
