摘要: The presence of Trichinella pseudospiralis has been increasingly reported in Europe the last decade. parasite was recorded for first time Central 2003-2004, eastern Slovakia, pigs, rats and a cat from pig breeding farm. In following years, it also repeatedly diagnosed co-infection with T. britovi sylvatic animals this area. Molecular analyses revealed distinctive genetic relationship Slovak isolate those Finland Sweden, suggesting potential role migratory birds prey transmission parasite. Thus, host species, including mammals birds, were investigated pseudospiralis. During 2006-2018, total 360 carcasses raptorial, carrion-feeding scavenging collected examined using artificial digestion pectoral muscle samples. Muscle larvae detected one golden eagle (Aquila chrysaetos), two common kestrels (Falco tinnunculus) peregrine falcon (F. peregrinus). confirmed These findings diurnal raptorial species represent new records spp. 2017, mandatory examination pigs (Sus scrofa domesticus), red foxes (Vulpes vulpes) wild boars scrofa) boar central part territory to be infected Our data confirm that already established itself thus adequate veterinary measures public education are needed prevent its food chain risk human infection.
