摘要: Many bacteria can resist phagocytic digestion by various protozoa. Some of these (all human pathogens) are known to be packaged in multilamellar bodies produced the pathway protozoa and that secreted into extracellular milieu. Packaged protected from harsh conditions, packaging process is suspected promote bacterial persistence environment. To date, only a limited number protozoa, belonging free-living amoebae ciliates, have been shown perform packaging. It still unknown if social do The link between capacity 136 isolates grazing amoeba Dictyostelium discoideum this was investigated present study. 45 displaying resisting phenotype were tested for their packaged. A total seven Cupriavidus , Micrococcus, Microbacterium Rathayibacter genera seemed D. based on immunofluorescence results. Electron microscopy confirmed formally These results show package some environment revealing new aspect microbial ecology.
