摘要: Abstract As-cast Mg-0.27Al-0.13Ca-0.21Mn (at.%) alloy was extruded at temperatures from 350 °C to 500 °C. We examined the microstructural changes during extrusion different clarify dynamic recrystallization mechanisms extrusion, and also investigated effect of temperature on microstructures mechanical properties alloy. High exit speed 60 m/min successfully achieved wide range 500 °C even when as-cast dilute used as a billet for extrusion. The low refines grain size weakens basal texture due continuous (CDRX) together with double twinning. As result, sample exhibits higher tensile proof stress 206 MPa ductility 29% than T5-treated 6063 aluminum commercial AZ31 magnesium in an as-extruded condition. Furthermore, Hall–Petch coefficient compressive is 1.8 times larger that one, resulting improvement yield anisotropy (compressive stress/tensile ratio).
