摘要: Abstract Graphitic carbon nitride (g-C 3 N 4 ) loaded with gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) was first explored as a catalyst for the photoelectrooxidation of small organic molecules (SOMs) in this paper. Au/g-C nanocomposite possesses significantly enhanced photoelectrocatalytic activity under UV light illumination, compared pure g-C and Au NPs. The prepared catalysts different loading were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV–vis diffuse reflection spectra (DRS) electrochemical impedance (EIS). Close combination between sheets well-dispersed NPs is beneficial to efficient separation electron–hole pairs charge transportation. synergic effect metallic polymeric responsible superior performance effective mitigate surface-poisoning species.
