摘要: We report a case of developing multiple adenocarcinoma foci in hyperplastic polyps patient with Helicobacter pylori infection and hypergastrinemia during long-term proton pump inhibitor (PPI) therapy. A 57-year-old man, who was undergoing hemodialysis for chronic renal failure, underwent an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy to elucidate the cause anemia. Atrophic gastritis H. were found endoscopic histological examinations. Enterochromaffin-like micronests parietal cell protrusion background suggested existence hypergastrinemia. The serum gastrin level markedly high—10,206 pg/ml (normal range 37–172 pg/ml). this marked not autoimmune gastrinoma. After discontinuing PPI therapy successful eradication pylori, decreased normal range. These findings indicate that may be caused by patients infection. This suggests mediate gastric carcinogenesis
