摘要: Abstract Critical behavior of the single-layered Sr2IrO4, which exhibits weak ferromagnetism in ab plane, is investigated by bulk magnetization study. exponents β = 0.284 ± 0.008 and γ 1.726 0.004 with critical temperature TC=230.8±0.9 are obtained Kouvel–Fisher method, δ 4.443 generated isotherm analysis at TC=231 K. The Sr2IrO4 close to prediction theoretical model { d : n } 2 1 (where partial dimensionality spin dimensionality), indicates one-dimensional ferromagnetic interaction two-dimensional layered material. On other hand, lie between long-range short-range models, indicating that Heisenberg alone cannot totally describe behavior. It suggested Dzialoshinsky–Moriya caused rotation octahedra symmetric anisotropy result into a lower spatial interaction, competes expansion 5d orbits.
