摘要: Sustainable development is a main concern of the twenty-first century, i.e., achievement economic success and good quality life requires different way to deal with environment immediately. Small Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) play vital role in our socioeconomic systems, but collectively they are responsible for considerable environmental impacts. The objective this research give suggestion on how improve management system (EMS) implementation SMEs considering aim sustainability. An extensive literature review was conducted identify barriers drivers that influence uptake EMSs SMEs. effectiveness current guidelines support mechanisms aimed at improving examined through employing an analytical framework (i.e., standardized tables were developed formalize process). Finally, practical suggestions, gaps measures identified though analysis and, difficult overcome criteria-based assessment scoring. It clear do not satisfy needs concerns partly due lack understanding heterogeneous nature SME sector. Negative attitudes low awareness towards found very small companies, especially, self-employed owner managers. primary conclusion from ethics tool involve especially managers EMS implementation, ultimately achieve sustainable development.
