摘要: Abstract The completeness of cancer registry data – the extent to which all incident cancers occurring in population are included database is an extremely important attribute a registry. Only high degree case-finding procedures will ensure incidence rates and survival proportions close their true value. This second instalment two-part review quality methods at registry, focuses on principles techniques available for estimating completeness, separating into those that semi-quantitative they give indication relative other registries or over time, more quantitative provide numerical evaluation eligible cases have been registered.
