摘要: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence hypoxic physical exercise on metabolic syndrome (MS) risk markers and high‐sensitivity C‐reactive protein (CRP) compare its effects preperitoneal fat, arterial stiffness, several blood parameters related MS those a control group who trained under normoxic conditions. Fourteen healthy men were examined. Participants performed treadmill 3 days per week for 4 weeks, either normobaric or conditions, 50 min (including 5‐min warm‐up cool down) after 30‐min rest period. Exercise at heart rate (HR) corresponding 60% HR each individual's maximum oxygen uptake. Training different environmental conditions months apart ensure sufficient washout Waist circumference, fat thickness, brachial‐ankle pulse wave velocity, CRP training significantly lower in than group. Our results suggest that regular short‐term may more effectively reduce thus prevent arteriosclerosis, compared similar intensity
