摘要: A thermometer-type visual sensor for glutathione (GSH) sensing was developed with stimulus-responsive fluorescent hydrogel which obtained by using 5, 6-bicarboxylic fluorescein crossli`nked partly ammoniated polyacrylamide. Various experimental parameters such as the particle size of hydrogel, buffer solution and swelling time were optimized. It is accessible to measure volume change reading graduation on a pipette like thermometer naked eye. The concentration GSH depended in certain range signal. Satisfactory agreements between HPLC results atuomolan tablet assays indicated capability sensors analysis real samples. These findings proved utility stimulus-responsive, intelligent suitability thermometer-style design quantitative assays.
