Noise Equivalent Power of Graphene–Superconductor-Based Optical Sensor

摘要: In this paper, the noise equivalent power (NEP) of optical sensors based on graphene–superconductor junctions in voltage bias operation mode has been calculated. The effects device parameters such as temperature, magnetic field and resistance NEP these detectors have thoroughly investigated. By solving related equations, graphene specific heat, thermal conductivity, electron–phonon interaction responsivity detector obtained. Using calculated parameters, was results show that at constant will increase linearly by increasing temperature. On other hand, temperature behavior versus is first then decreasing. Our calculations optimal a direct relation with respect to while investigated operating range almost independent field.
