摘要: Abstract The electronic properties of Zn x Cd 1− ,Cr 2 X 4 ( = S , Se) spinel solid solutions have been studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. effect anionic as well cationic substitution on the structure chromium ions is discussed and compared with previous results corresponding oxy-spinels.
