摘要: Reducing rooting volume restricted root growth during theproduction of Petunia x hybrida'Orchid’ and resulted in an unfavorable increase apicaldominance. Exposing young petunia seedlings to ethylene counteracted theeffects restriction. Rooting volumes 9, 28, 58, or 160mL the development lateral shoots, therebyincreasing apical dominance compared plants grown 162 mLrooting volumes. Ethephon, ethylene-producing compound, increased thedevelopment shoots rangingfrom 28 mL 160 mL. At a 9mL, exposure was not capable reducing ofthe main shoot; remained strong both control andethephon-treated plants. Because shoot restrictedby greater than mL, exposing these toethylene did result supplementary development. Levels ofindole-3-acetic acid (IAA), isopentenyladenosine (iPA), zeatin riboside(ZR) decreased on whole basis as from to58 Indoleacetic levels ethephon-exposed plantsdecreased 20% control. The cytokinins iPA ZR showedno response exposure; however, ratio auxin/cytokinindecreased 24% decrease theauxin/cytokinin associated with number lengthof shoots.
