摘要: Consensus definitions have been reached for both acute kidney injury (AKI) and chronic disease (CKD) these are now routinely used in research clinical practice. The KDIGO guideline defines AKI as an abrupt decrease function occurring over 7 days or less, whereas CKD is defined by the persistence of a period >90 days. increasingly recognized related entities some instances probably represent continuum process. For patients whom pathophysiologic processes ongoing, term (AKD) has proposed to define course after AKI; however, AKD strategies management with not currently available. In this consensus statement, Acute Disease Quality Initiative (ADQI) proposes definitions, staging criteria AKD, affected patients. We also make recommendations areas future research, which aim improve understanding underlying outcomes AKD.
