摘要: Background: The objective of this study is to detect HMGA2 expression in renal carcinoma explore its relationship with clinicopathology and significance prognosis. Methods: Expressions mRNA protein were detected 50 specimens, corresponding adjacent normal kidney tissue samples 40 benign tumour specimens via reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction immunohistochemical assay. Expression analysis was performed along clinical data analysis. Results: relative levels carcinoma, tissues 0 .8 4± 0.23, 0.19± 0.06 .0 8± 0.04, respectively. positive rates 68.0%, 7.5% 2.0%, a significant difference (P 0.05), but significantly correlated TNM stages lymph node metastasis (P< 0.05). Conclusions: expressions gene closely formation, progression metastasis. may become powerful new pathological marker prognostic factor for carcinoma.
