摘要: The purification efficiency of (+)-dihydromyricetin, a bioactive plant flavonoid, was remarkably improved through ultrasound-based fractional precipitation. precipitation time (up to 30 min) taken obtain (+)-dihydromyricetin with high purity (87.01–91.66%) and yield (90.63–92.00%) the ultrasonic (ultrasonic power: 80–250 W) shortened by 40-fold as compared conventional method 1200 min). In addition, rate constant increased 12- 18-fold, but activation energy decreased between −5,787 J/mol −6,526 J/mol, thereby improved. Furthermore, size precipitate reduced 5.1- 5.5-fold, while diffusion coefficient 6.4- 6.9-fold.
