摘要: Minor ginsenosides, such as compound K, Rg3(S), which can be produced by deglycosylation of ginsenosides Rb1, showed strong anti-cancer effects. However, the anticancer effects gypenoside LXXV, is one deglycosylated shapes ginsenoside still unknown due to rarity its content in plants. Here, we cloned and characterized a novel ginsenoside-transforming β-glucosidase (BglG167b) derived from Microbacterium sp. Gsoil 167 efficiently hydrolyze XVII into applied it production LXXV at gram-scale with high specificity. In addition, activity was investigated against three cancer cell lines (HeLa, B16, MDA-MB231) vitro. Gypenoside significantly reduced viability, displaying an enhanced effect compared Rb1. Taken together, this enzymatic method would useful preparation for functional food pharmaceutical industries.
