摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter focuses on pressure effects in superconductors. The observed effect of the critical field curve results from a change superconducting transition temperature, T c , and molar electronic specific heat constant γ under pressure, both these can be calculated observations. There are also closely connected changes dimensions, elastic constants, thermal expansion coefficients. form that dependence takes very high pressures is current interest, here there some controversy as to whether superconductivity destroyed by alone without need for phase change. Pressure-induced found give rise abrupt c, number cases nonsuperconducting semiconductors changed metals. Quite recently have been direct measurements energy gap tunneling acoustic attenuation measurements.
