摘要: This chapter discusses a new approach for fabrication of microfluidic devices based on printed circuit board (PCB) technology. The shortly describes the basic process steps in PCB considering special needs fluidic components to make it easier understand technological approach. Design, and characteristics number sensors actuators are presented. Results active component such as diffuser/nozzle pumps, peristaltic check-valve pumps pressure sensors, flow bubble pH prove feasibility this concept.
