摘要: Cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) recognize class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules associated with antigenic peptides derived from endogenously synthesized proteins. Binding to such is a requirement for assembly in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). A mutant human cell line, T2, assembles and transports its surface some, but not all, MHC molecules.
