摘要: Cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) recognize class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules associated with antigenic peptides derived from endogenously synthesized proteins. Binding to such is a requirement for assembly in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). A mutant human cell line, T2, assembles and transports its surface some, but not all, MHC molecules. The expressed on of T2 do present cytosolic antigens, although they can exogenously added CTL. transported may interact weakly an unknown retaining factor ER that assemble despite relative shortage peptides.
