An interactive mobile learning application using machine learning framework in a flexible manufacturing environment

摘要: A mobile learning program was initiated in a manufacturing facility 'MF' that supports customer orders from regions of Asia Pacific, Europe, and Middle East. The area focus is stencil printing process, with the objective achieving zero defects. challenge to deliver clear, concise, actionable information order empower three crews work 24 hours every working day for continuous improvement. Using R statistical software process downloaded Oracle database an artificial neural network algorithm learn characteristics Android app created as user interface device which delivers form colour coded square matrix, introduced ISN inferior-superior-neutral matrix. This approach resulted dramatic improvements are empowered knowledge towards goal defect manufacturing.
