摘要: Enhanced insitu biotreatment is a recent technology for the cleanup of contaminated soil and ground water but it has not yet been tested many contaminants. This report describes assessment three hydrocarbon-contaminated sites, one with crude oil, lubricating oil gasoline, respect to their potential biotreatment. All locations were permeable, sandy soils which contained low concentrations extractable inorganic macronutrients. Degradative microbial populations present, although numbers reduced in most highly portions soil. Hydrocarbon analysis demonstrated that vertical penetration contaminants into was poor had occurred at other sites. There some evidence biodegradation oil-contaminated sites may have occurred. The available data suggested gasoline-contaminated by provision nutrients oxygen might prove viable. However, found addition resulted an inhibition mineralisation soils.
