摘要: Abstract ZnO/porous Si (PS) nanocomposite films were prepared with the sol–gel spin-coating method. The morphologies, crystal structures, chemical compositions, surface passivations and photoluminescence (PL) spectra of ZnO/PS investigated. It is found that PL nanocomposites can be tuned from red to green–blue by increasing concentration zinc cations in sol–gels 7.5 240 mM. Post-thermal annealing at 600 °C shift further into violet–blue. roles SiO2 thin interfacial layer between ZnO nanocrystals are discussed. Our work provides an affordable means tuning emission color across visible spectral region.
