摘要: In this chapter we will briefly review some of the evidence from electrophysiological studies mammalian neurones in vivo which relates to subtypes glutamate receptors. particular concentrate on recent experiments elucidating mechanism action HA-966 as an N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) antagonist and a new tricyclic quinoxalinedione (NBQX) wasp venom, philanthotoxin, quisqualate antagonists. These were designed test hypothesis that NMDA subtype one other non-NMDA receptor mediate excitation rat spinal brainstem produced by acidic amino acids.
