摘要: C/EBPα transcription factor is a key regulator in liver biology and was preliminarily shown to be down-regulated hypoxic primary rat hepatocytes. The aim of this study explore the possible association between expression level hepatocyte viability both in-vitro cultured hepatocytes two models acute hypoxia induced by carbon tetrachloride or Fas antibody. mRNA significantly under conditions vitro vivo, which paralleled similar decrease partially reversed 3D matrix dexamethasone. These results suggested that down-regulation may one mechanism reduced these settings.
