摘要: Recently, the amount of thermosetting plastic wastes has increased with production reinforced composites and causes serious environmental problems. The epoxy resins, one versatile plastics excellent properties, cannot be melted down remolded as what is done in thermoplastic industry. In this research, a series experiments that decompose resin recover carbon fibers from fiber applied to railway vehicles was performed. We experimentally examined various decomposition processes compared their efficiencies mechanical property recovered fibers. For prevention tangle fibers, each specimen fixed Teflon supporter no mixing applied. Decomposition products were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), gas chromatography mass spectrometer (GC-MS), universal testing machine (UTM). Carbon could completely process using nitric acid aqueous solution, liquid-phase thermal cracking pyrolysis. tensile strength losses less than 4%.
