摘要: Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) has been used to detect the environmental ‘hot spots’ in chrome-tanned bovine leather industry. We have studied those stages life cycle of leather, which occur ‘from cradle gate’. The production chain starts with agricultural products (fertiliser and pesticide is also included) needed for cattle raising, it followed by slaughterhouse, ends at tanning industry gate. Main chemicals waste flows out this included analysis. One main conclusions that tannery an important stage most impact categories, mainly due landfilling wastes.
