Framing a crisis: exceptional democracy in Dutch infrastructure governance

摘要: This article presents an analytics of crisis politics to critically examine discourses. Crises are understood differently by different scholarships, resulting in diverging accounts politics. After distilling five conceptual frames politics, the aims unravel their points convergence.
