摘要: This paper reviews our work on biofertilization in Egyptian soils which are rich asymbiotic N2-fixers. Several investigators have reported a positive effect of inoculation with Azotobacter and Azospirillum cereals other crops: this could be attributable to nitrogen fixation formation growth-promoting substances (indoles gibberellins). Seed bacterization proved better than soil or phyllosphere techniques, organic matter addition enhanced proliferation. In pot experiments only half the normal field rate inorganic N-fertilizer, N2-fixers endomycorrhizae presence rock phosphate gave wheat crop high straw grain yield. Moreover, beneficial extended onion millet cultivated after same pots. Inoculation associative infection by indigenous earlier panicle initiation. inoculant carriers were employed. Field application might save about 50% cost phosphorus fertilizers.
