摘要: Abstract This paper presents a new robust co-planning model for transmission investment and merchant distributed energy resources (DERs). The problem is formulated from the viewpoint of power system regulators planners such that they will build facilities identify optimal locations to direct DERs. proposed tri-level min-max-min optimization where upper, middle, lower levels are decision lines DERs, worst case realization uncertain parameters, best actions in order minimize operation costs. considers uncertainties associated with future peak load generation capacity, production renewable units, locational marginal price (LMP) each candidate bus installing Results study based on IEEE RTS 24-bus test show usefulness model.
