摘要: Abstract In this experimental work, different dosimetric characteristics of high density polyethylene-single wall carbon nanotube nanocomposite were investigated. The samples prepared with contents 0.22, 0.25, and 0.39 weight percentages which before, exactly in, after percolation region the nanocomposite, respectively. exposed to 60 Co gamma radiation source over dose rate 65–214 mGy/min, while applied bias was 100 V. A linear response achieved for sample contained 0.25 wt% verified that threshold is optimum point purposes. current–voltage curve measured CNT showed behavior polarity independent. Also, results energy-independent. maximum discrepancy photocurrent due angular variation within 0–90° respect beam incidence reproducibility as 5.4% 0.8%, stability study material may be suitable protection level control. Therefore, kind requiring calibration can used a real-time dosimeter.
