摘要: Abstract The uses of many the soils Central Spain have changed and these changes led frequently to decline natural plant cover. In this paper we report on organic matter fractions microbial activity developed from different substrates (limestone granites) in relation cover decline. Specific indicators (microbial biomass carbon (MBC), basal respiration, some oxidoreductase hydrolase activities) were measured. These decreased value both limestone acid where had declined (from climax, tree forest, low bush); a similar effect was observed labile (water soluble (WSC), water carbohydrates polyphenolic compounds). For measures microbiological (e.g. MBC soil respiration) differences lower than soils. example, values ranged 1426 ngC g−1 forest 498 ngC g−1 bush; while soils, 428 ngC g−1 265 ngC g−1 bush. Acid unlike showed no relationship between activities related N cycle (urease protease). general, negatively affected by degradation.
