摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) have been reported to diverse biological roles in regulating many processes, including osteogenic differentiation. In the present study, we identified that miR-24 was a critical regulator during We found overexpression of significantly inhibited differentiation, which decreased alkaline phosphatase activity, matrix mineralization and expression differentiation markers. contrast, inhibition exhibited an opposite effect. Furthermore, delineated regulates post-transcriptionals T-cell factor-1 (Tcf-1) via targeting 3'-untranslated region (UTR) Tcf-1 mRNA. MiR-24 further regulate protein murine osteoprogenitors cells bone mesenchymal stem cells. Additionally, positive effect suppression on osteoblast apparently abrogated by silencing. Taken together, our data suggest participates osteoblastic
