摘要: Natural killer cell enhancing factor (NKEF) belongs to the defined peroxiredoxin (Prx) family. Rock bream NKEF cDNA was identified by expressed sequence tag (EST) analysis of rock liver that stimulated with LPS. The full-length RbNKEF (1062 bp) contained an open reading frame (ORF) 594 bp encoding 198 amino acids. significantly in gill, liver, and intestine. mRNA expression head kidney examined under viral bacterial challenge via real-time RT-PCR. Experimental Edwardsiella tarda, Streptococcus iniae, RSIV resulted significant increases kidney. To obtain a recombinant NKEF, ORF Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3), purified soluble protein exhibited single band corresponding predicted molecular mass. When leucocytes were treated high concentration rRbNKEF (10 μg/mL), they enhanced proliferation viability oxidative stress.
